Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all storage is booked online, even at the last minute from your phone. We only take items that are booked.
What do I bring on the day?
Your booking confirmation (on your phone is fine) and your things. You get a receipt when we take them: keep it, we can only hand your things back against it.
Where is the store?
At The Rhodos Bar & Restaurant, 18 Rue du Bourg, 74110 Morzine. Drop-off and pick-up are both there.
When is it open?
Every day, 8am to 6pm. Late drop-off or pick-up can cost €10 for every 15 minutes, so tell us your times.
How much does it cost?
Bags, skis, boards and bikes are €10 a day each, motorcycles €15. 10% off for 7 days or more, 20% for 14, 30% for 30. You see the exact total when you book.
Does the price depend on the size?
No. Every bag is one item, whatever the size or weight. There are no size limits, and we take bikes, bike bags and motorcycles.
How do I pay?
Online by card when you book. Bookings are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
Can you collect my bags?
Yes, from your chalet, apartment or hotel in Morzine, for €40 per collection address. Choose it when you book. Motorcycles are not collected.
Can I change or cancel?
Log in with your email to see or update your storage. Bookings are non-refundable, and the times you book are binding, so please check the opening hours.
Is it insured?
Yes, every item is covered up to €200. We are not responsible for what is inside bags, so keep valuables with you.
